Sana moved to the U.S. from India and soon began experiencing health issues. She was diagnosed with gastroparesis in 2020 through a clinical trial. She found the trial through an Instagram ad and, after speaking with her healthcare provider, decided to participate. Sana was impressed by the diverse and welcoming clinical team, who provided clear information and ensured her privacy. Throughout the trial, she received regular check-ins to monitor her health.

Even years later, she still gets follow-up calls to check on her well-being. Sana encourages others to consider clinical trials, believing the potential benefits outweigh the risks, even with the possibility of receiving a placebo.
